After an eventful weekend at Silverstone last time out, Rebecca is looking forward to tackling Snetterton in her Porsche 911.
This track is one of Rebecca’s favourites as it’s where she picked up her first victory – in the wet – during her second race season in the highly competitive BRSCC Porsche 924 Championship.
With more experience under her belt and a much more powerful car to play with, Rebecca is confident she can continue the progress she’s seen so far this season. She said: “I love Snetterton and I got my first race win there but I’m also a massive fan of Norfolk so it’ll be great to be back.”
It’s a little early to rely on weather forecasts just yet but what we’ve seen so far hints at the chance of rain on the Saturday. This is good news for our Rain Queen, as she proved at Silverstone (and on plenty of occasions previously) that she is fantastic in wet weather conditions.
Rebecca tested her Porsche earlier this year at the Norfolk track, you can see her in action in the video below.
Keep an eye out for Rebecca and her team mate Mike in the Turtle Wax Porsche at Snetterton on 25th and 26th July. There are still tickets available for both days, take a look at the Snetterton website for further information.
