Tomorrow Rebecca will take part in the final Track 2 Track challenge against Natalia. This round will take place at Brands Hatch, a circuit Rebecca knows well.
During the last few days the two drivers have been discovering some of F1’s rich heritage with trips to historic circuits, the first of which being Masaryk in the Czech Republic, which hosted its first race back in 1930. Watch the video below for a spooky visit to the abandoned track and its remaining buildings.
On Day seven of the tour, Rebecca and Natalia stopped off at the Österreichring – which is now known as the Red Bull Ring but many of you may remember it as the A1 Ring. They look into its F1 heritage and test each other’s knowledge of its history. Take a look at the video below to explore this fantastic track.
Yesterday the Lotus and its two drivers got some serious miles under their belt – a great test of the Iridium TT’s durability – as the drivers headed back towards the UK, but not before stopping off at Spa Francorchamps n Belgium. A video of the visit to the historic old track is coming soon so keep an eye on DENSO’s YouTube channel for the latest updates.
The Iridium TT track event takes place on the 4th November at Brands Hatch and will be showing journalists and invited guests just what DENSO does so well. Rebecca will also go head-to-head with Natalia for the final time to see who will be crowned as the overall winner of the 12-day challenge.
Rebecca will be keeping you updated throughout the day on Twitter and Facebook so make sure you’re following.
